徐瑶棋 律师：
　　华东政法学院本科毕业，后在复旦大学法律系国际经济法专业攻读研究生，法学硕士，高级律师，上海市律师志愿团成员，现为本所主任。从事律师工作近二十年，办理过数百起案件，先后为一百多家国家机关、社会团体、企事业单位提供法律服务，具有丰富的执业经验，熟悉律师各项业务，擅长办理公司、房地产、金融、知识产权、劳动、刑事等方面律师事务。

邬华良 律师:
　　男，1944年出生，先后毕业于华东师范大学中文系、上海大学法律系、上海社会科学院法律研究生班。相继出任上海电视大学虹口分校、中共虹口区委党校和虹口区业余大学法学讲师。从1985年起从事兼、专职律师工作，擅长刑事辩护、房地产和经济合同等法律业务，办理了不少疑难新型的案例。长期的法学教学和司法实践形成了稳健、朴实而又辩锋犀利、张弛有度的办案风格。邬华良律师办案信条是：就实而不避虚，顾此而不失彼。

卢卫东 律师：
一九八三年毕业于华东政法学院，并被授予法学士学位。一九八六年通过全国首届律师统考，获得律师资格。一九八八年被中国航空工业部授予经济师资格和职称。先后在国家经济委员会、中国航空航天工业部等单位任职。数十次赴美国、日本和欧洲等国家学习、培训和工作。主办或参与了涉及数十亿美元的中美最大的合作项目——中美合作生产麦道飞机（MD—82、MD—90）总合同和分合同的谈判、签约以及履行。与美国律师合作在瑞典斯德哥尔摩商会仲裁院承办了数百万的国际经济仲裁案件。参与了国家有关法规的起草工作。在全国性报刊、杂志上发表了众多论文。被中国机械工业部聘任为该部主编的大型工具书——《中国机械工业管理手册》法律实务篇的作者。系上海市政府所属的上海WTO事务咨询中心法律咨询专家和上海公共政策和管理研究中心高级研究员。系理论基础扎实、执业经验丰富的资深律师。擅长办理公司、合同、房地产以及涉外经济和贸易等律师业务。

吴钟俊 律师：
　　1983年华东政法学院本科毕业，曾先后担任法院法官、上海财经大学经济法系讲师和兼职律师、美国协和集团中国总部专职法律顾问，从1995年起至今担任上海人民广播电台990法律信箱特邀嘉宾。从事律师工作几十年，办理过各种类型案件按数百件，作为资深律师具有扎实的理论基础和十分丰富的执业经验。擅长办理经济合同、公司重组、建筑业、金融、劳动、刑事、知识产权等方面法律事务。

王苇律师：
1962年出生。法学本科学历，合伙律师。1989年起先后为浦发银行、工商银行等数拾家金融机构、合资企业、民营高科技等企业提供法律服务，多年担任上海有色金属（集团）有限公司等大型国有控股集团公司法律顾问。业务并涉及合同纠纷、公司购并重组及股权转让、产权交易、知识产权保护等众多法律领域，创大量成功案例，成功策划上海第一起由债权人申请的中外合资企业破产案。擅长企业改制、兼并、破产等方面法律服务。新公司法一经颁布，即对公司出资方式进行了有效探索，将股权出资成功应用于2006年中国铝业公司进军上海、重组上海有色案例。专业知识深厚，执业经验丰富，精通各类法律文书撰写和庭审、谈判技巧，尤具法律诉讼程序和案件执行阶段的应用经验。现为上海律师协会国企改制法律服务团成员。王苇律师勤勉敬业，作风严谨，思维缜密，亲和力强。

· Lawyer Yaoqi. Xu, Director of law firm
Graduated from East China Politic and law College in 1983,
L.L.M.Law Department, Fudan University, 1998.
Mr.Xu works as a lawyer from 1983,having dealt with several hundreds of cases and served more than one hundred government departments, social groups and enterprises as the legal consultant. He is good at dealing with legal affairs of corporation, real estate, finance, intellectual property, labor dispute, and criminal cases.

· Lawyer Hualiang. Wu
Graduated from East china teaches University,
Shanghai university, shanghai Academy of social Sciences.
Mr. Wu worked as a teacher of jurisprudence in Shanghai Television University and Sparetime University of Hongkou District. He is good at legal affairs of criminal offences , corporation, real estate etc.

· Lawyer Lu Weidong
         Graduated from East China Politic and Law College in 1983 and awarded L.L.B by it.
        Passed the first national Bar Examination in 1986 and then was conferred with Lawyer's credential by the judicial administration department of the State Council.
        Awarded economists credential by the Ministry of Aero-Space Industry of People's Republic of China in 1988.
        Worked for the Committee of State Economy of People's Republic of China, Ministry of Aero-Space Industry of People's Republic of China etc. and studied and worked in USA, Japan, European countries etc. for many times.
        Presented and attended in the negotiation drafting and signature of the series of contracts of cooperative manufacturing air crafts MD-82 and MD-90 for the highest project between China and USA . Undertaken international commercial arbitration case for millions USD, together with American lawyers, in Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
        Attended in drafting some laws and negotiation of China . Published many thesis on the national magazines and newspapers. Engaged as a writer of legal practice section of <handbook of business management of Chinese machinery industry> by the Ministry of Aero-Space Industry of People's Republic of China.
        Engaged as a legal consulting specialist of Shanghai WTO affairs Consultation Center and as a senior research fellow of Shanghai Research Center for Public Policy and Management.

· Lawyer Zhongjun .Wu
Graduated from East China Politic and Law College in 1983. Mr. Wu has been a judge, teacher of jurisprudence, legal consultant of Chinese Branch of American Xiehe Group. He also has been a lawyer for more than ten years, having dealt with several hundreds of legal cases. He is good at contract, corporation, real estate, finance, labour dispute, criminal offence, intellectual property etc.

· Lawyer Wang Wei
Born in 1962, PRC certificated lawyer practiced from 1989.
